Although this picture doesn't show it, Misty is a long handled shoulderbag.  The bag itself is small- just enough room for purse, keys and phone.  The handle is made from NOS cotton webbing and slings right across the body so that the bag sits on your hip.  It has been made with a mix of decorator samples and vintage remnants.  It closes with a small magnetic snap.
